Items: Michael Wheatley will contact Channel 10 for registration PR
         Eric Greene will contact Channels 19 and 51
         Roger Wright will review R&D process
         Michael Wheatley will contact Roger Viers about Kiwanis sign in Wise
         Roger Wright will contact Tim Austin at WCCTC about goal construction
         Eric Greene will contact Town of Wise about unlocking Dotson Park
         All agreed that flyers/registration could be distributed at the last PTA basketball games per ok from
         Heather Basham
         Per Dave Stallard, flyers will be distributed by him at Powell Valley MS and PS
         Susie Stallard can assist Heather Basham for distribution at WPS
         Call for permission to conduct school sign up date for 3/26 at WPS and LFA
         Agreed to contact Robbie Collins at JWAdams for distribution of flyers in Pound
         Michelle Wright to distribute flyers at WCCS
         Discussed seasonal equipment needs for Pinnies, nets, goals
         Discussed using USYSA implementation guidelines for Small Sided Games and roster limits
         Call for review of available funds from Board coffers at next meeting
         Established date for soccer jamboree as 5/16
         Agreed to reconvene before season begins with quorum in place to discuss offer from Alpha Sigma
         Phi to referee U12 and above games for $15/game and to mow grass as part of fraternity fundraising
